Unexpected vegetarian and gluten intolerant dinner guest.

No time to shop for our guest so I’ll just have to be a bit inventive with with what’s available in the fridge and cupboard.Not forgetting it’s 37 degrees outside at the moment. Anyway I made my three favourites, spicy couscous with roasted summer vegetables, buffalo mozzarella and rocket, traditional Greek salad and a lentil,peppers,olives,goats cheese, a sprinkling of fresh mint and piment d’espelett salad. All followed by melon and nectarines. Hope she enjoys it all, shame that I had no time to experiment with different flours, which are pretty difficult to find here in Ares. It looks like pretty good picnic food and the tide is high ( that’s a Blondie song right? ) this evening ,perfect :mrgreen:.
